NEGOTIATION PREPARATION

Now we will look at different elements of negotiation preparation. Theoretically there are three main issues that one should take care of:

  1. Expectations > What do I want?
  2. Situational Analysis > Where do I stand? 
  3. Strategic Response > How will I get what I want? 

Preparing for a negotiation is the most important step in any negotiation.
