7. WORLD DRIED FRUIT EXPORTS AND IMPORTS
Dates were the most traded dried fruit over the analyzed five-year period and presented an increasing trend, adding up to over 1.3 million MT, 7% up from 2015.
Dried grapes ranked second, reaching about 860,000 MT in 2019, followed by prunes with 196,000 MT.
Cranberries, dried figs and apricots ranged between 135,000 and 160,000 MT in 2019 (Figure 27).
