3.3. World Dried (Sweetened) Cranberry Production

Sweetened dried cranberries are mainly produced in three countries: the USA, Canada and Chile. In 2022/23, production amounted to around 196,400 MT (Figure 15).

The main producing country (average 2018/19-2022/23) was the USA, amounting to ca. 150,500 MT, 77% of the world share. Canada was the second producer, adding up to 36,000 MT, 18% of world production.

The remaining 5% was produced by Chile, which accounted for 9,900 MT (Figure 18).
