7.3. World Dried Apricot Exports and Imports

Averaged over the 2015-2019 period, around 118,000 MT of dried apricots were traded worldwide.

Turkey averaged over 84,000 MT of dried apricot exports, representing 71% of the share.

The following 7% was exported from Uzbekistan (Table 13).

The USA and Russia were the main importing countries, importing 12,000 MT (10%) and 9,800 MT (8%), respectively (Table 13).
