WORLD DRIED FRUIT PRODUCTION

In the 2022/23 season, world dried fruit production totaled 2.97 M MT. Dried grapes (raisins, Sultanas and currants) accounted, on average, for 43% of the world dried fruit production in the preceding 5-year period. Table dates amounted to 35% of the world share (Figure 15).
