ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

To enroll in INC Academia courses, you must provide your name, job position/title, and organization/company details. The enrollment form must be fully completed, including any required information for non-members. By enrolling, you consent to the sharing of your data, including your name, email address, job title, age and company details, with our course collaborators. 

PAYMENT

Full payment is required before accessing the course.

CERTIFICATES

  • Certificate of Completion: Awarded to participants who successfully complete and pass the Basic Program on Nuts and Dried Fruits and the Advanced Program on Nuts and Dried Fruits with a minimum score of 60% (one attempt).
  • Certificate of Attendance: Provided to participants of the On-site Technical Visit

ENROLLMENT IN THE ON-SITE TECHNICAL VISIT

The On-site Technical Visit includes networking sessions, site visits, coffee breaks, lunches, one dinner, course materials, transportation for site visits, and a certificate of attendance. Accommodation and transportation to/from the event and other meals are not included.

  • Open to participants of the 2025 INC World Nut and Dried Fruit Congress and Academia Alumni. Please note, all participants of the On-site Technical Visit MUST be INC members.
  • Enrollment does not grant registration for the INC World Nut and Dried Fruit Congress.
  • Enrollment will close once capacity is reached.

VISA ASSISTANCE

Participants requiring a visa may request a letter of invitation by contacting the INC.

COURSE DEVELOPMENT

The INC reserves the right to modify the program as necessary.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

By enrolling in any course/program of the INC Academia, the participant accepts all associated personal risks, and that the organizing institution (The International Nut & Dried Fruit Council) and any other associated suppliers, agents or representatives linked to the organization of the course, shall not be held liable for any eventuality. The organization recommends participants to ensure they are adequately insured against any potential contingency.

TERMS & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

  • Online Courses:
    • Full refunds are available for the Basic Program on Nuts & Dried Fruits or the Advanced Program on Nuts & Dried Fruits if the learning content has not been accessed.
  • On-Site Technical Visit:
    • Cancellations received by December 31, 2024: Full refund.
    • Cancellations from January 1 to March 31, 2025: Refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
    • Cancellations from April 1, 2025, onward, including no-shows: No refunds, regardless of the reason.
    • If you cannot attend, a substitute delegate from your company may take your place, provided they are registered before April 25, 2025.
    • Please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing and are considered approved only upon receiving written confirmation from the INC.

In case of changes to content, timing, or venue due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, cancellation terms remain applicable. The organizers are not liable for transport disruptions or delays. In the event of a Force Majeure incident that prevents the on-site visit from taking place, the organizers reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the fees to cover incurred costs.

CANCELLATION BY THE INC

The INC reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment or unforeseen events. In such cases, participants will be notified and offered a choice between postponing to a different course year or a full refund. The INC is not liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation.

COPYRIGHT AND DISTRIBUTION

All course materials, including those provided during the On-Site Technical Visit, are strictly for personal, non-commercial use and are protected by copyright held by the INC and third parties. Content from the e-learning platform or the on-site visit may not be copied, distributed, downloaded, stored in any format, transmitted, publicly displayed, adapted, or modified in any way. By accessing the online course or attending the on-site technical visit, participants agree to adhere to these terms.
