ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
Names, job positions/titles and organization details must be provided before gaining access to the course. Enrollment form must be completed in its entirety. Non-Members must also complete the required information. By enrolling in INC Academia, you consent to sharing your data, including your name, email address, job title and company information, with our course collaborators

PAYMENT
The full payment must be received in full before starting the course.

CERTIFICATE
The INC will provide a certificate of completion to those who complete and pass the online course of both the Basic Program on Nuts and Dried Fruits and the Advanced Program on Nuts and Dried Fruits (score of 60% or more after one single attempt) and a certificate of attendance to those who participate in the on-site course.

ENROLLMENT ON THE ON-SITE COURSE
This includes networking sessions and site visits. Enrollment includes coffee breaks, lunches, one dinner, course materials, transportation to and from site visits, and certificate of attendance. Accommodation and transportation to and from the event are not included. The on-site course is only for members. Enrollment on the INC Academia on-site course in no way entitles participants to registration for the INC XLI World Nut and Dried Fruit Congress. Enrollment will close when full capacity is reached.

INC can provide a letter of invitation, which can be requested by contacting the INC.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE COURSE
The INC reserves the right to modify the program.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
By enrolling in any course/program of the INC Academia, the participant accepts all associated personal risks, and that the organizing institution (The International Nut & Dried Fruit Council) and any other associated suppliers, agents or representatives linked to the organization of the course, shall not be held liable for any eventuality. The organization recommends participants to ensure they are adequately insured against any potential contingency.

TERMS & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation of the Basic Program on Nuts and Dried Fruits or the full Advanced Program of Nuts and Dried Fruits with full refund is possible as long as the student has not accessed the learning content yet. Cancellations of the full Advanced Program on Nuts and Dried Fruits, and of the on-site course for Academia Alumni will only get full refund before April 1. After that date, there will be no refund for cancelled on-site course for Academia Alumni or the full Advanced Program on Nuts and Dried Fruits. Cancellations must be made in writing and you must have written acknowledgement from the INC secretariat to be entitled to a refund. If you are unable to attend, a substitute student may be enrolled in the same edition of the course and must be notified before April 1. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers to alter the content, timings or venue. The organizers will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances, normal cancellation terms apply. In the event of a terrorist alert or incident that prevents the running of the on-site course of the INC Academia, the organizers reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the fees as a contribution to location, marketing and central administration costs.

CANCELLATION OF THE COURSE
The INC reserves the right to cancel any course because of low enrollment or events beyond INC’s control. The INC is not liable for any travel expenses or any other costs incurred by the student in the event of cancellation. In the unlikely event of cancellation, enrollees will be notified and offered the option to postpone to a different course or receive a full refund of the course or of the cancelled part of the course.

COPYRIGHT AND DISTRIBUTION
The course materials are protected by copyright by both the INC and third parties. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store (in any medium), transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of the e-learning platform and the content received during the on-site course. In accessing the online course or attending the on-site course, you agree that you may only download the online content or use the on-site course content for your own personal non-commercial use.
